No extra plumbing. The patented Quick Drain is built in and pumps the water out in under 2 minutes once you push the control, which is what lets the bather open the door and step out without sitting in cooling water. You tie into the existing waste line and supply; there is no auxiliary pump line to run.

The faucet is included. This model ships with a premium fast-fill faucet and a handheld showering wand, plus a neck rest, polished chrome drain and overflow, a built-in safety grab bar, and easy-touch push button controls. The seat, textured floor, and grab bar are all part of the shell, so the only things a plumber supplies are the supply stops, trap, and any wall finish.

The door is a partial-transfer design with a low threshold, not a full-transfer or zero-threshold opening. That works for someone who can stand and pivot over a short step with the grab bar, and the chair height built-in seat makes sitting and standing easier. A full wheelchair-to-seat lateral transfer is not what this door geometry supports.

Soaker only. This Gelcoat Premium Series model is the soaker system, so there are no air or whirlpool jets and no blower to wire or service. That keeps the install to plumbing plus a standard outlet for the drain pump function rather than a dedicated pump circuit. If a client wants hydrotherapy, you need a jetted model in the line, not this one.

Two: white and linen. The white is ordered as 3052OD.109.SLW-PC and the linen as 3052OD.109.SLL-PC, both with polished chrome trim on the faucet, drain, overflow, and grab bar. Linen is the warmer off-white, useful when matching an older almond or biscuit toilet and lav rather than a bright white suite.

It is built and listed as a residential fixture. The safety features (chair height contoured seat, textured floor, built-in grab bar, low threshold) suit aging-in-place work in apartments and single family homes, and property managers do spec it for accessible units. For a licensed care facility, confirm the tub against your authority's fixture requirements before committing, since this one is a residential product.

This one is a hi-gloss Gelcoat shell rather than acrylic. Gelcoat is a sprayed resin surface over a reinforced backing, and it cleans with non-abrasive bath cleaners; skip scouring powders and solvent based products, which dull the gloss. The bath floor is intentionally textured for slip resistance, so that area will not have the same sheen as the walls of the tub.
