The Murro EverClean lavatory is built for either a concealed arm carrier or wall support, and the concealed arm is supplied by others, not with the sink. So plan on a chair carrier in the wall or solid blocking and a wall hanger before the finish wall goes up. If you are framing new, get the carrier set during rough-in; retrofitting one behind finished tile is the expensive way to do it.

Faucet holes are drilled on 4 inch centers, so it takes a standard 4 inch centerset faucet or a two-handle 4 inch minispread. An 8 inch widespread will not land on these holes, and a single-hole faucet leaves the two outer holes open unless you cover them.

Yes. The Murro is ADA and TAS compliant. Compliance still depends on how you set it: mounting rim height and the knee and toe clearance under the bowl are field conditions, and exposed hot water and drain piping under a barrier-free lavatory has to be insulated or otherwise protected. A shroud handles the appearance and contact side of that.

The shroud is a separate order. Two choices: an acrylic shroud, part 0062000, or a vitreous china shroud, 0059020EC. Both hide the trap and supplies and give you the knee contact guard for a barrier-free installation. The china one matches the sink body; the acrylic is the lighter option. Neither ships with the sink.

It has a rear, sealed overflow, so the drain assembly you order needs to be an overflow-type lavatory drain rather than a grid strainer. The deck is recessed and self-draining, which means standing water and soap runs back into the bowl instead of sitting behind the faucet, which is what you want in a restroom that gets wiped down fast.

EverClean is an antimicrobial finish fired into the surface that inhibits growth of stain and odor causing bacteria, mold and mildew on the china itself. It is a surface treatment, not a substitute for cleaning, and it does not sanitize what is in the water. In high-traffic restrooms the practical benefit is that the bowl stays looking clean longer between janitorial rounds.
