American Standard Yorkville Pressure Assist Chair Height Back Outlet Elongated EverClean Bowl - AMS-3703001

It's the bowl only. The Yorkville 3703001 is a floor-mounted, back outlet elongated bowl that has to be paired with a separate pressure assist tank. It ships with four color-matched bolt caps and two floor bolts, so the mounting hardware for the bowl itself is covered, but the tank, seat, and supply are separate purchases.

No. This is a back outlet (rear discharge) bowl, so it connects to a waste line coming out of the wall behind the fixture, not a closet flange in the floor. If your rough-in is a standard floor flange, you need a bottom outlet bowl instead. The bowl still sits on the floor and bolts down, but the discharge goes horizontally to the wall.

Either one. The Yorkville chair height back outlet bowl is rated for use with both 1.1 gpf/4.2 Lpf and 1.6 gpf/6.0 Lpf tanks, so you can spec it to a high efficiency flush where local code or a water conservation program calls for it, or stay at 1.6 gpf to match the rest of an existing building.

The bowl rim sits at 16-1/2 inches, which American Standard calls Chair Height and lists for accessible applications. Keep in mind the finished seat height is what code is measured against, so the seat you pair with it is part of that dimension. For a standard-height restroom stall you would want a lower bowl rather than this one.

It's an elongated bowl, which projects further from the wall than a round front. In tight stalls or small residential-style baths, check your clear floor space in front of the fixture before committing. In an accessible stall the extra projection is normally fine and the elongated shape is what most commercial specs call for.

EverClean is an antimicrobial surface fired into the china that inhibits growth of stain and odor causing bacteria, mold and mildew on the surface. It doesn't replace cleaning, and it doesn't treat the water, it only works on the glazed surface. For high-traffic restrooms where staining and odor between cleanings is the complaint, that's the point of it.

White only, sold under part number 3703001.02. The four bolt caps that ship with it are color-matched to the china, so the trim matches the white finish out of the box, and it will blend with other white china already installed in the building.
