No. The basket strainer is sold separately on the Precis SILGRANIT bar sink, so budget a strainer and the tailpiece and trap for every sink on the order. Plan the drain fittings as part of the rough-in, not as something in the sink carton.
2) Can the Precis bar sink be installed as a drop-in, or is it undermount only?
Undermount only. The Precis bar sink mounts below the counter, which means it needs a solid surface top, stone, quartz or solid surface, cut and polished for an undermount reveal, plus clips or a support frame under the deck. It will not work in a laminate top with a standard drop-in cutout. The payoff is no rim at the counter for grime to collect in, which is why it gets specified in bar and butler's pantry work.
