Bobrick 26637 Surface-Mounted Foam Soap Dispenser

Maintain a clean and sanitary facility with the Bobrick B-26637 TrimLineSeries 1000 mL stainless steel surface-mounted foaming hand / dish soap dispenser. This dispenser features a narrow design that takes up more vertical space than horizontal, which is great when there's pre-existing wall shelving and storage around the sink. Mounting the dispenser to the wall or other flat surface ensures that the soap is easy to access and won't be accidentally knocked off or moved away from the sink area.
This particular dispenser is made of stainless steel with an attractive, brushed satin finish that's both eye-catching and practical. Stainless steel resists corrosion and rusting, keeping the unit in pristine shape, even after years of use around water. The housing is also welded to enhance durability.
When the housing is opened during the refill process, an internal plastic container is accessible. Fill this container with soap, close the housing, and use the key to lock it to prevent tampering. To make it easy for employees to monitor how much soap is left, an external window shows the soap level.
Whether used in the restroom with foaming hand soap or in the dish room with dish detergent for manual washing, this dispenser makes it easy to access soap when you need it. Just press the lever that extends below the dispenser, and start washing with the 0.7 mL portion of soap it dispenses.

Bobrick 26637 – Frequently Asked Questions

1) Is the B-26637 a surface-mounted dispenser or does it need recessed wall prep?
Surface mount. The B-26637 fastens to the finished wall or any flat surface, so there's no need to cut into the wall or find space between studs. That makes it a straightforward retrofit over tile or solid partitions where a recessed unit isn't an option.
2) Is the B-26637 a touch-free sensor dispenser?
No, it's manual. Operation is a push lever below the housing, so there's no battery, no sensor, and no power supply to run. If a facility spec calls for hands-free operation, this is the wrong unit and you'd need an automatic sensor model instead.
3) Do you refill this dispenser with bulk soap or with a sealed cartridge?
Bulk. You open the housing and pour soap into the permanent internal plastic container, then close and lock it. There is no proprietary sealed cartridge to buy, so you can keep using whatever foaming hand soap or manual dish detergent your facility already stocks.
4) Can this Bobrick dispenser be used for dish detergent in a kitchen, or is it restroom only?
Both. The 1000 mL TrimLine dispenser is rated for foaming hand soap in restrooms and for dish detergent used in manual dishwashing, so the same unit can be standardized across restrooms and a dish room.
5) How much soap does each press dispense, and how many hand washes does a full tank give?
Each press of the lever delivers a 0.7 mL portion. With a 1000 mL fill, that works out to roughly 1,400 presses per refill, which is what a facilities crew needs to set a restocking interval for a high-traffic washroom.
6) Is the Bobrick B-26637 tamper resistant for a public restroom?
It is. The housing locks with a key, so the internal plastic soap container is only accessible to staff. Because it's fastened to the wall rather than sitting on the counter, it also can't be walked off with or knocked into the sink.
7) Can staff tell when the soap is running low without opening the dispenser?
Yes. A window on the outside of the housing shows the soap level, so a janitorial round can check fill status at a glance instead of unlocking every unit.
8) Will this stainless dispenser hold up mounted right beside a sink?
The body is stainless steel with a satin brushed finish and welded housing construction, which resists the corrosion and rusting you get from constant splash and humidity around a sink or a dish station.
9) What finish does the B-26637 come in for matching other washroom accessories?
One finish only: satin stainless. That matches the brushed satin stainless on most commercial grab bars, paper towel cabinets, and mirror frames, so it blends into an existing Bobrick washroom set rather than standing out.
