Inspired by culture, the TOTO Global Majestic Single-Handle Wall Mount Bathroom Sink Faucet fits perfectly within the TOTO design philosophy of “Understated, but Essential” by blending premium quality and performance. The solid construction and fluid curves offer a lasting and durable bathroom fixture. The GM faucet features TOTO's innovative Comfort Glide Technology. This technology utilizes Diamond-Like Carbon coated ceramic cartridges for ultimate durability and protection against friction, allowing the user to control water flow in comfort with long-lasting ease of use. Some conventional faucets can become uncomfortably hot to the touch after running for a certain amount of time. The GM faucet uses low-conductivity materials for parts that come into contact with the handle. This safe design inhibits the heat flow, keeping the handle from getting too warm. The single-lever allows for simple control over temperature and pressure. The WaterSense® certified, high-efficiency 1.2 GPM water flow saves water without diminishing the performance of the faucet. The faucet is ADA, CEC, and CALGreen compliant. Included items: Spout and handle, valve. Purchased separately: drain assembly.

TOTO TLG09307U#CP – Frequently Asked Questions

1) What is the difference between TOTO TLG09307U and TLG09308U?
Spout projection. The TLG09307U is the short version, 7.688 length with a 7 inch reach. The TLG09308U is the long version, 9.625 length with an 8.875 inch reach. Everything else, including the single-lever control and 1.2 GPM flow, is the same. Pick by how far the wall sits behind the basin: a vessel or a deep counter usually needs the 8.875 inch reach to land water over the drain.
2) Can I use this TOTO GM faucet on a sink with a deck hole, or is it wall only?
Wall only. The GM is a wall-mounted faucet, and the single hole it calls for is in the wall, not the sink deck. If your lavatory is drilled for a single-hole deck faucet, this is the wrong body style.
3) Does the TOTO GM faucet meet ADA and California water efficiency rules for a commercial restroom?
It does. The GM faucet is ADA compliant with a lever handle, WaterSense certified, and compliant with both CALGreen and CEC requirements at 1.2 GPM. That combination is what specifiers need for California projects and for public restrooms subject to ADA operable-parts rules.
4) What supply connections do I need to rough in for the TOTO GM wall-mount faucet?
1/2 NPT. Set the valve in the wall with 1/2 inch NPT supplies and keep the opening clear for the single wall penetration the faucet requires. Tile and finished wall depth should be coordinated before the valve is set, since a wall-mount faucet cannot be adjusted after close-in.
5) What finishes does the TOTO GM wall-mount faucet come in, and are they the same across both spout lengths?
Three finishes, and both lengths are offered in all three: polished chrome, brushed nickel, and polished nickel. Short is TLG09307U#CP, #BN, and #PN; long is TLG09308U#CP, #BN, and #PN. Handy when you are standardizing several restrooms and only some walls allow the longer reach.
6) Will the handle get hot on a TOTO GM faucet in a high-use restroom?
No. TOTO uses low-conductivity material on the parts that touch the handle, so heat from a long hot-water run does not transfer into the lever. The cartridge is a Diamond-Like Carbon coated ceramic unit, which is what keeps the lever feel consistent over heavy cycling rather than getting gritty.
7) Is the TOTO GM faucet body solid brass or plated zinc?
Solid brass construction, plated in chrome or nickel depending on the variant. That matters for commercial and multi-family work where a plated pot-metal body cracks at the shank over time.
