TOTO TCU854CRE#01 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) Does the Toto TCU854CRE#01 lid come with the flush button or trip lever?
No. It is the china lid only. Trim such as the flush handle, trip lever, or push-button assembly is a separate part and is not supplied with the lid.
2) Is the Toto TCU854CRE#01 a china lid or plastic?
It is vitreous china, the same material as the toilet tank itself, so the finish and sheen match the body of the fixture rather than looking like an aftermarket plastic cover.
3) Do I need any tools or hardware to install the Toto TCU854CRE#01 tank lid?
No fasteners are involved. A Toto china tank lid of this type rests on the tank rim by gravity, so replacement is a lift-off, set-on job with no mounting hardware to order alongside it.
