Yes, and 10 inch too. The Drake is offered in both 10 inch and 12 inch rough-in, so measure from the finished wall to the center of the closet flange before you order. The standard configuration is the 12 inch rough-in, floor mount with a floor outlet, so it drops onto a conventional floor flange.
2) Is the TOTO Drake ADA compliant, and how tall is the seat?
The Drake is built in TOTO's Universal Height with a 16-1/8 inch rim height, and the ADA compliant configuration is available. Note that ADA compliance is an option on the Drake, not a blanket property of every build, so pick the ADA option if the opening has to meet the requirement. Overall the fixture stands 30-1/8 inches high.
3) What comes in the box with the TOTO Drake, and what else do I need to buy to install it?
You get the bowl and tank, tank to bowl gasket, tank to bowl hardware, and bolt caps. You still need a wax ring, flange bolts, water supply line, and a seat, since no seat ships with the Drake. Budget for those on every unit if you are ordering for a multi-unit job.

The standard Drake set pairs the C775CEFG#01 bowl with the ST776EA#01 tank. Those are the two components that make up the complete fixture, useful if you need to reorder just a tank after a jobsite breakage.
