TOTO THU9497#01 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) Will the TOTO THU9497#01 louver cover work on the right side of the G500?
No. THU9497#01 is the left cover only. Covers on these housings are side specific, so ordering this one for a damaged right-hand side will leave you with a part that does not seat. Order the right-side cover for that position.
2) What is TOTO part THU9497#01 for the G500 Washlet?
THU9497#01 is the left-side deodorizer louver cover for the TOTO G500. It is a cover plate, not a functional deodorizer unit, so it replaces a cracked, discolored, or missing left cover on the seat housing rather than fixing an odor-removal fault.
3) Does the THU9497#01 come in different finishes?
One version is offered, the #01 suffix, which is TOTO's Cotton White. There is no alternate color option for this left cover.
