TOTO THU6435 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) What exactly comes in the TOTO THU6435 remote control hanger assembly?
TOTO part THU6435 supplies two lid hinge hooks. It ships as a set of two, so a single order covers both hook positions rather than one side only.
2) I manage several buildings with TOTO washlets - how do I make sure I order the right hanger hooks?
Order by the TOTO part number, not by description. THU6435 is the specific hanger/lid hinge hook set, and TOTO's THU-prefix service parts are model-specific, so match the THU number called out for the toilet or washlet model on each opening before buying in quantity. Each THU6435 order covers two hooks.
3) Do I need any extra hardware or tools to install the THU6435 hooks?
The THU6435 set is the two hooks themselves. It is a replacement service part for a toilet, so it mounts to the existing hinge/hanger points on the fixture rather than requiring separate rough-in or plumbing work.
