Note that the Delaney 9000 is not fire rated, so if the opening is part of a fire rated assembly the Accentra 1800 remains the device that carries the UL and ULC listing.
7) Can I use the Stanley QED111 in place of the Accentra 1800 Series rim exit device?
They are both Grade 1 rim exit devices, but they do different jobs. The Accentra 1800 Series is exit only, so outside trim is ordered separately and the device itself has no outside function.
