1) Do I need to order handing for the Accentra 7100F?
No handing to specify. The 7100F is non-handed, so one device covers left and right hand openings. What you do have to add is the outside trim, which is not included on an exit-only device.
2) Will the 7100F let someone in from the outside?
Not on its own. It is an exit-only device, meaning there is no outside trim and no key retraction supplied with it. If you need re-entry from the corridor or exterior side, order the matching Accentra/Yale exit device trim separately, either a lever trim or a pull with cylinder.
3) Can I dog the Accentra 7100F pushpad open during business hours?
No. It is a fire-rated device supplied less dogging, which is how fire rated exit devices have to be built. The latch has to relatch on every closing.
