2) Does the AC-C enclosure have conduit knockouts, and what size?
Nine knockouts are provided on the sides and the back of the cabinet, in 1-1/10 inch and 2 inch diameters. Back knockouts let you bring reader and lock wiring in from behind the wall; the side knockouts handle surface conduit runs. Pick the 2 inch openings for bundled multi-door runs.
3) Is the Aiphone AC-C UL listed for access control use?
The AC-C carries UL 294 and ULC S319-05 listings, the access control system unit standards. That matters if your spec or AHJ requires listed enclosures for the access control head-end, and the ULC line covers Canadian installs.
