The AX-A and AX-AN sub stations are surface mount and will mount to a single gang box or can be set on a desk or table top. The sub stations with the “N” at the end of the model number include the PRIVACY feature, which prevents a master station from hearing audio from that sub location while the Privacy button is engaged.
