The RS2525 is a two-conductor compression splice sized 300-250, meaning it joins a 300 kcmil aluminum conductor on one end to a 250 kcmil on the other. It is a straight in-line splice with two barrel ends, not a tap or a multi-port connector, so one cable goes in each side.
