1) Can the Alarm Controls RT wireless transmitter release more than one door from a reception desk?

2) Will an Alarm Controls RT receiver work with a maglock or an electric strike?
Both. Because it is a dry relay and not a powered output, the lock keeps running on its own supply and the receiver just breaks or makes the circuit.
3) Can the RT wireless release hold a door unlocked instead of just buzzing someone in?
Yes, two ways. The default receiver output is a 5 second momentary, which is the normal buzz-in for a visitor at the counter.
