1) Does the American Lock A3201WOMK come with a cylinder, or do I have to supply my own core?
No core is included. The A3201WOMK ships as a padlock body only, prepped for a small format interchangeable core, so you drop in the SFIC core from your existing system. That is the point of buying it this way: the padlock ends up on the same keyway and key system as your doors instead of on its own key.
