1) Does the American Lock A3570WOKAMK padlock come with a core, or do I have to order one separately?
No core is included. The A3570WOKAMK is a small format interchangeable core (SFIC) padlock body sold without a cylinder, so you supply the SFIC core yourself, keyed to your own system.
