1) Does the American Lock A3571WOMK come with a cylinder, or do I have to order the core separately?
No core is included. The A3571WOMK ships as a brass padlock body prepped for a small format interchangeable core, so you supply the SFIC core keyed into your existing system. That is the point of the WO (without cylinder) version: a facility or locksmith already stocking Best, Arrow or Falcon cores pins one to match the doors and drops it in.
