Screws only. The WAKJ19T is the #10 x 1 inch pan head tri-drive screw that goes with the 1/4 inch light duty Super Yellow wall anchor jar kit, not the anchors themselves. If you need the plastic anchors too, order the complete anchor jar rather than this item.
2) Will these #10 x 1 inch screws fit my existing 1/4 inch yellow plastic wall anchors?
They are the mating screw for 1/4 inch light duty Super Yellow wall anchors, which is what the WAKJ19T is sold against. If the anchors already in your drywall are that 1/4 inch yellow light duty type, the #10 x 1 inch pan head drives straight into them. For larger blue or red conical anchors, or for anchors set in a thicker substrate needing more embedment, you need a longer or heavier screw.
3) What driver bit do I need for the Metallics WAKJ19T screws?
A #2 square (Robertson) bit. The head is a tri-drive pan head, so it will also take a Phillips or slotted driver, but the #2 square gives the best bite and least cam-out when you are setting a lot of them into plastic wall anchors.
