Stainless is the safer pairing with stainless or galvanized supports in wet locations, and it avoids the rust bleed you get from plated anchors. Where the anchor contacts aluminum in a constantly wet exterior setting, isolate the two metals with a neoprene or nylon washer, since stainless against aluminum can drive galvanic corrosion of the aluminum.
