1) Are the Metallics JTS6434SSD anchors stainless steel or just zinc plated?
Stainless steel throughout, bolt and wedge clip, which is why they get specified for exterior pads, wet mechanical rooms, parking structures and coastal work where plated carbon steel anchors rust and lose hold.
2) Can I use a 3/4 inch wedge anchor in block or brick instead of concrete?
No. Wedge anchors like the JTS6434SSD are for solid, poured concrete only. The expansion clip needs dense, uncracked base material to set against; in hollow block or brick it will spall the web or spin. For masonry, use a sleeve anchor or a screen tube with epoxy instead.
3) How much material thickness can a 4-3/4 inch wedge anchor hold down?
The 4-3/4 inch overall length is split between embedment in the concrete and the stickout through your fixture plus nut and washer. With 3/4 inch anchors you want generous embedment, so plan this length for relatively thin plates, strut brackets or base angles. For thick base plates, shims or a topping slab at 3/4 inch diameter, step up to a longer anchor.
4) Can a wedge anchor be removed or reused once it's set?
No. A set wedge anchor is permanent. The clip expands against the hole wall and will not retract, so the most you can do is back off the nut and cut or drive the stud below the surface and patch. If you need a removable fixing at 3/4 inch, use a threaded insert or a drop-in anchor with a machine bolt rather than the JTS6434SSD.
5) Do Metallics wedge anchors come with the nut and washer?
Wedge anchors in this style ship as an assembly, the threaded stud with its expansion clip, nut and washer already on the bolt, so nothing extra is needed to set them. You supply the rotary hammer, a 3/4 inch carbide bit and a way to blow the hole clean.
