The JTS3234D is zinc plated carbon steel, which is a dry indoor finish. It handles ordinary interior concrete work fine, but on an exposed roof, a parking structure, a pool room, or anywhere with regular wetting or washdown, step up to a stainless wedge anchor instead. Zinc plating is a mild sacrificial coating, not corrosion resistance.
2) Do wedge anchors like this need anything besides a hammer drill to install?
