Metallics J3735F Anchors 3/8 X 6 Fh Slv Ancr St-zn (Jar 50)

The Metallics J3735F is a 3/8 inch diameter sleeve anchor with a 6 inch overall length, flat head style, in zinc plated steel. The 3/8 inch is the anchor body diameter that sets the hole size you drill in the concrete or masonry; the 6 inches is the anchor's length, which has to cover the thickness of whatever you are fastening plus the embedment depth into the base material. On a 6 inch anchor you are typically bolting through a thick fixture, a bracket stack, or a layer of sheathing before you reach the substrate.
