The MWCA50 is a Wallclaw hammer-in drywall anchor, supplied as a nylon anchor kit. Hammer-in means no pilot hole is required in hollow gypsum board, the anchor is driven straight through the face of the board and the screw is then driven into the anchor body to expand it behind the panel. It is a fastener for hollow drywall, not for solid concrete, block or brick, which need a masonry anchor instead.

A nylon hammer-in anchor such as the Wallclaw MWCA50 is meant for light loads that hang flat against the wall, things like a device cover, a cable clip, a smoke or thermostat base, or small trim. It installs fast with a hammer and screw and no drill. For heavier or cantilevered loads, a shelf, a grab bar, a large monitor bracket, use a metal toggle or a strap toggle instead, and anchor into framing wherever the layout allows.

Just a hammer and a screwdriver or driver. The MWCA50 is sold as a kit with the nylon anchors, and because it is a hammer-in type there is no drilling and no pilot hole in the gypsum board. Drive the anchor flush with the wall face, then run the screw in to set it.
