DURA GREEN is Eaton B-Line's green epoxy paint finish over steel. It is a coated finish for general indoor and light industrial use and for corrosive interior areas where a painted barrier is wanted. For sustained outdoor exposure or washdown, specify a hot dip galvanized or stainless channel instead of the painted finish.
3) Should I use the shallow B52 strut or full depth 1-5/8 by 1-5/8 channel?
The B52 is the half height profile at .81 in deep, still 12 gauge steel. Use it for wall mounted pipe and conduit runs, equipment backing, and trapeze work with modest spans where the tight depth keeps the assembly close to the structure. For long unsupported spans or heavier loaded trapezes, step up to a full 1-5/8 in deep channel, which has substantially more section depth.
4) Does the B52 strut channel come with nuts, bolts or brackets?
No, the B52S-120GRN is the bare channel only, a single 120 in length of 12 gauge steel. Channel nuts, threaded rod, end caps, clamps and fittings are separate items and need to be ordered alongside it to finish the run.
