B-Line Eaton series strut fittings and accessories, 3.93" Height, 9.18" Length, 1.68" Width, 2.85lbs, Steel, Twelve hole double corner gussetted conne

The B277GRN is a twelve hole double corner gussetted connection fitting for strut channel framing. The gussets brace the corner, so it carries load at a right-angle joint rather than relying on the channel bolts alone. Twelve holes give you multiple bolt positions on each leg, which lets you spread the fastening pattern instead of loading one or two points.

It measures 9.18 in length/depth, 3.93 in height and 1.68 in width, and weighs 2.85 lb. The 1.68 in width is the dimension to check first, since it needs to sit against the face of your strut channel.

Steel, with the Eaton B-Line DURA GREEN finish. DURA GREEN is the green coating B-Line puts on strut and fittings for corrosion protection in damp or exposed interior work, so pairing it with DURA GREEN channel keeps the whole run in one finish.

Yes. The B277GRN is the gusseted fitting only. Strut fittings mount with channel nuts and hex bolts sized to your strut, and those are bought separately. Count the holes you intend to use on each leg and order hardware to match.

A plain flat angle handles light alignment work. A double corner gusseted fitting like the B277GRN adds a triangular web across the corner, which resists the joint folding under load, so it is the one to use on overhead racks, cantilevered supports and anywhere the corner carries weight rather than just holding position.

Order Eaton B-Line part number B277GRN. The GRN suffix is the DURA GREEN finish; the base fitting is the twelve hole double corner gusseted connection in steel.
