B-Line Eaton series strut fittings and accessories, Supports pipe on top hang through support bracket, 4398 Lb load cap, Stainless steel, Light duty w

The B3067-1 PLN welded bracket is rated for a 4398 lb load capacity. It is built to support pipe resting on top of the bracket or hung through it, so that rating covers the pipe, its contents and any insulation you are putting on it. Size your strut, anchors and structural attachment to at least the same load, since the weakest point in the assembly governs.

Published dimensions are 24 in height, 18 in length/depth and 21.25 in width, so the 18 in depth is what sets how far the pipe sits off the mounting face. If your pipe centerline needs to land farther out than that, this bracket won't reach and you need a deeper bracket or a strut trapeze instead.

Plain is the finish on the B3067-1 PLN, meaning bare mill surface with no plating or coating. That is fine for dry interior spaces, but outdoors, in humid plant rooms, or anywhere washdown or condensation is in play, a plain bracket will corrode. For those locations specify a hot-dip galvanized or stainless version of the same B-Line bracket rather than field painting this one.

What you get is the welded bracket itself, model B3067-1 PLN. Pipe clamps or straps, strut nuts, and the concrete or steel anchors that fasten it to the structure are separate line items, so add them to the order or you will be short on install day.

A welded bracket like the B3067-1 PLN is the faster choice when you are hanging pipe off a single wall or column face and the run sits within its 18 in depth: one piece, no cutting, no assembly, rated at 4398 lbs. A field-built strut trapeze makes more sense when the pipe has to hang from a deck between two points, when you need to adjust elevation later, or when the offset from the structure is greater than this bracket's depth.

It weighs 43.98 lb. That is a two-hand piece at height, so plan on a second man or a lift when setting them, and account for the dead weight in your hanger load calculations when you are running a line of them across a ceiling.
