Recessed convertible paper towel dispenser and waste receptacle is Type-304 stainless steel with welded construction; exposed surfaces have satin finish.
Flange is drawn and beveled, one-piece, seamless construction.
Door is secured to cabinet with a full-length stainless steel piano-hinge and equipped with a semi-concealed tumbler lock keyed like other Bobrick washroom accessories.
Paper towel dispenser dispenses 600 C-fold or 800 multifold paper towels without adjustment or use of adapters.
Removable waste receptacle is secured to cabinet with a tumbler lock, has front and side edges of bottom and all top edges hemmed for safe handling, and has a minimum capacity of 6 gal (22.7-L).
To adapt to changing needs of washrooms, this unit is equipped with an interchangeable paper towel dispenser and waste receptacle.

That is the point of the convertible design. The B-3940 cabinet stays in the wall and the internal modules swap out. 2) Can I switch the Bobrick B-3940 from folded towels to roll towels or touch-free dispensing?
Yes, by swapping the dispenser module in the same cabinet. The B-3940 ships with the convertible folded towel module, and it takes the 3974-350 convertible automatic universal roll towel dispenser module with LED light, or the 3961-50 touch-free pull towel module.
