Bobrick 822-95 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) Will the Bobrick B-822-95 soap container fit my B-822 counter mounted soap dispenser?
That's exactly what it's for. The B-822-95 is the replacement soap container for Bobrick B-822 model dispensers, so it drops into the unit you already have on the counter. If the dispenser on your vanity is a different Bobrick series, this bottle is not the one to order.
2) Do I need to replace the whole Bobrick soap dispenser, or can I just buy the bottle?
If the pump and the spout still work and the problem is a cracked, clouded, or missing bottle, the container is the only piece you need. The B-822-95 is sold as a standalone replacement part for B-822 dispensers, which keeps a counter mounted unit in service without pulling the deck mount hardware back out of the vanity.
3) Can I return the Bobrick 822-95 if I order the wrong soap container?
No. Bobrick enforces a no return policy on parts, so verify the model stamped on your existing dispenser before ordering. Pull the bottle out from under the counter and confirm it's a B-822 unit; the 822-95 is the container for that model.
4) Is the Bobrick B-822-95 soap bottle plastic or glass, and will it survive being dropped during a refill?
Molded from translucent, shatter resistant polyethylene. That's the reason it holds up in a public restroom: a janitor pulling it out under a counter and knocking it on the cabinet frame isn't going to put glass in the bowl. Translucent also means you can eyeball the remaining soap level without opening the dispenser.
