All components in the SBHK1 kit are 18-8 stainless steel, the common austenitic grade used for outdoor and damp-location electrical work where plated carbon steel would rust. Hex head bolts, hex nuts, flat, Belleville and split lock washers are all the same material, so there is no dissimilar-metal mix inside the assembly.

Belleville washers are the ones intended for electrical bolted joints: the cone spring keeps clamping load on the connection as the conductors heat, cool, and relax. The split lock washers in the SBHK1 kit are for general mechanical bolting, such as mounting brackets or enclosures. Both are supplied in fours, so a jar covers four joints either way. Do not stack both on the same bolt.
