The JSBH28 is a 3/8 inch diameter hex bolt with 16 threads per inch, so any standard 3/8-16 UNC nut or tapped hole mates with it. Measured shank diameter runs 0.3690 to 0.3750 inch. Tensile strength is 100,000 to 150,000 psi minimum with a 65,000 psi minimum yield, and hardness runs Rockwell B95 to C32. That puts it in the same general tensile range as a Grade 5 steel bolt, but the yield is lower, so stainless stretches sooner under load. For high-torque structural clamping, a plated alloy bolt is the better mechanical choice; for corrosion service, this one is.
