Metallics BHC103 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) How many bolts come in a box of Metallics BHC103?
They ship 50 to a box. The BHC103 is sold as a box quantity, not loose by the piece, so one order gets you 50 of the 3/8-16 x 8 inch hex bolts.
2) Are the BHC103 bolts coated for corrosion resistance?
They are steel with a zinc plating (the "St-zn" in the callout). Zinc plating suits dry interior and protected work. For sustained outdoor exposure, wet locations, or corrosive environments, step up to hot-dip galvanized or stainless.
3) Is BHC103 the actual part number to order from Metallics?
Yes. BHC103 is the Metallics manufacturer part number, and it is the only model on the item, so there is no finish or length choice to specify. Quote it as Metallics BHC103, 3/8-16 x 8 hex bolt, zinc plated steel, 50 per box.
