Yes. The JMHTB650 is a hex tap bolt, meaning the thread runs the full 50mm length right up to directly beneath the head, so there is no unthreaded shoulder. That matters when you need thread engagement at any grip length, or when you are bolting through thin plate and want the nut to run close to the underside of the head. It also has a washer face under the head, which gives a cleaner bearing surface on the mating part.
