1) Is the E26U terminal copper or aluminum, and can I use it on aluminum conductor?
The E26U is copper. Use it on copper conductor. For aluminum or for a dual-rated run you need a terminal specifically marked AL9CU, which this one is not.
2) Is the E26U a 90 degree ring terminal or a flag/straight style?
It is a 90 degree bend ring terminal, so the ring tongue sits perpendicular to the wire barrel. That is what you want when the conductor runs parallel to the panel or bus face and you do not want to put a sharp bend in a stiff 6 AWG wire to reach the stud.
3) Does the Sta-Kon E26U come insulated, and do I need to add anything to cover it?
It is a non-insulated terminal. The brazed seam barrel and tongue are bare, so if the termination sits where it can be touched or can flash to an adjacent phase, plan on heat shrink or a terminal boot over the barrel. Nothing is supplied with the terminal for that.
4) Is the Sta-Kon E26U UL listed for an inspected job?

5) Can I crimp the E26U with regular hand pliers?
No. A 6 AWG non-insulated barrel needs a full-cycle crimp tool or hydraulic/battery crimper with the correct die for the barrel size. Standard insulated-terminal pliers will not develop the force, and an under-crimped 6 AWG joint heats up under load.
