The YA26 crimps with die index 13. It is a compression terminal, not a mechanical set-screw lug, so you need a hydraulic or battery crimper with the matching Burndy die and the correct number of crimps per the tool chart.
4) How much insulation do I strip back for this 2/0 compression lug?
Strip length is 1-9/16 inch. The barrel is the long, chamfered type, and the chamfer helps feed the stranded conductor in fully. Bottom the conductor in the barrel before crimping, otherwise the first crimp lands on bare barrel.
5) Is the YA26 rated for medium voltage cable terminations or just 600V?
Rated 600V minimum with a maximum of 35,000V (35 kV), so the YA26 is usable on 600V power and control terminations as well as medium voltage cable up to 35 kV. The lug itself is uninsulated metal, so at MV the insulation and stress relief come from your termination kit.

The YA26 is the long barrel version, barrel OD 0.56 inch and B length 1.50 inch. If your spec allows a single crimp and space in the enclosure is tight, a short barrel 2/0 lug is the shorter overall part.
8) Will a tin-plated copper lug hold up in a damp or outdoor industrial panel?
The YA26 is solid copper with an electro-plated tin finish, which slows oxidation on the pad and barrel and keeps contact resistance stable in humid or corrosive rooms. Tin plating is also what lets copper land on aluminum bus without a bare copper-to-aluminum couple.
