Plan on a 36 inch base cabinet as the minimum. The sink itself measures 33 inches long by 20 inches wide with a 10 inch height, so a standard 33 inch sink base will not take it. On a farmhouse install the cabinet face also has to be cut down for the apron, so confirm the cabinet can be modified before you commit.

No mounting hardware is included. Fireclay farmhouse sinks of this size sit on a built support platform or cleats inside the cabinet, and at 90 pounds dry this one needs that framing carried by the cabinet or floor, not by the countertop. Budget for the support lumber or a mounting bracket kit, plus the drain assembly, as separate line items.

Single rectangular bowl, 10 inches deep, with the interior measuring 31 inches long by 18 inches wide against the 33 by 20 inch outside. That 31 by 18 interior takes a full size baking sheet flat, and the 10 inch depth handles stock pots without splashing over the rim.

The sink has two finished apron faces, one smooth and one fluted. You pick which one shows when you set it, so a single part number covers both a plain modern front and a traditional fluted front. That is useful if you are specifying for several units and want one SKU to cover different kitchen styles.

A basin rack ships with the sink. The workstation ledges are moulded into the basin walls so accessories such as a cutting board, drying rack or colander can slide along the rim and sit over the bowl. Note the drain assembly and mounting hardware are not part of the package.

The drain is centered in the bowl. With a 10 inch deep basin sitting in a farmhouse cutout, the tailpiece lands lower and further forward than it does under a standard drop-in, so expect to rework the trap arm. A center drain also means the disposal hangs in the middle of the cabinet rather than off to one side, which eats storage space under the bowl.

Fireclay is a fired ceramic with a glossy, non-porous glaze that resists scratches, stains and heat and wipes clean, which is why it holds up in kitchens that get hard use. The tradeoff versus stainless is weight and brittleness: at 90 pounds it needs real support framing, and a dropped cast iron pan can chip a glazed surface where it would only dent steel. For multi-family turns where tenants are rough on fixtures, that is worth weighing.

Gloss white is the only finish offered on this model. If you are matching several openings in one building or a spec set, there is no second colorway to reconcile.
