Plan on a 36 inch base cabinet minimum. The sink itself measures 33-1/8 inches long by 19-7/8 inches wide, and it is a farmhouse (apron front) install, so the cabinet face has to be cut down and the sink supported from below rather than hung from the countertop.

No mounting hardware is included. Fireclay farmhouse sinks are carried on a built-up plywood or cleat cradle inside the cabinet, so budget for that framing plus your own fasteners. A bottom basin rack does come with the sink, so you do not need to buy a grid separately.

The CAFC3320SB weighs 90 lbs dry. Filled with water and dishes it is considerably more, which is why this style is set on a reinforced ledger or plywood deck inside the base cabinet instead of being clipped to the underside of the counter. It is a two-person set.

Bowl depth is 8-5/8 inches with an interior of roughly 33-1/8 by 20-1/8 inches, single bowl and rectangular. That takes full-size sheet pans and stock pots flat, with no divider in the way. The depth also keeps splash down at a faucet with any real spout height.

The drain sits at center. With a center drain the disposal and trap land in the middle of the 36 inch minimum cabinet rather than against a side wall, which usually gives the easiest run to an existing wall stub, but the 8-5/8 inch bowl depth eats into the space below, so check your trap height before committing to a tall disposal.

Fireclay, which is what the CAFC3320SB is made of, is a glazed ceramic body. It resists scratching, staining and heat and wipes clean, and the gloss white face reads traditional farmhouse. The tradeoffs versus stainless are weight (90 lbs here, needing cabinet support) and the fact that ceramic can chip if something heavy is dropped in it. For a high-turnover unit where installers want a drop-in the counter carries, stainless is simpler; where the look matters, fireclay holds up.

Yes. The CAFC3320SB uses the usual 3-1/2 inch kitchen sink drain opening at the center of the bowl, so a standard basket strainer or a garbage disposal flange fits. The drain assembly is not supplied with the sink, and neither is mounting hardware, so order both with the sink.

Gloss white is the only finish offered on this sink. The glazed surface is what makes it easy to wipe down, and white matches most other fireclay aprons already in service if you are replacing one sink in a building where the others stay.
