1) How do I tell whether the CH2015 matches the cabinet hinges already on my units?
Pull one existing hinge off, open it flat on the bench, and take three measurements. The Deltana CH2015 measures 2 x 1-1/2 inches laid flat, the leaves are .093 inches thick, and the corners are square. Match those three and the hinge goes back into the mortise you already have; if the screw holes land differently, plug and re-drill pilot holes, since the pocket itself is what has to fit. A different overall size or a rounded corner means it is not the same hinge.
2) Can a Deltana CH2015 replace the concealed European cup hinges on frameless cabinets?
No. The CH2015 is a mortised butt-style cabinet hinge with ball tip finials, meant to be seen: the barrel and the ball tips sit proud of the door edge when the door is closed. European concealed hinges mount in a 35mm cup bored into the back of the door and disappear behind a closed door. If your doors have 35mm cup bores in them, the CH2015 will not cover the hole or use the mounting plate on the cabinet side. Use it where the exposed barrel is the look you want, on face frame casework, furniture, and built-ins cut for a mortised hinge.
3) Do Deltana CH2015 cabinet hinges come with screws and ball tips, or do I order those separately?
Both are in the box. Each CH2015 comes with 3/4 inch wood screws and the ball tip finials, so there is nothing else to buy to hang the door. The 3/4 inch screw length suits 3/4 inch face frame and door stock, which is what most cabinet work is built from. If you are screwing into a thinner panel, swap in a shorter screw so the point does not push through the show face.
4) I'm matching cabinet hinges to unlacquered brass pulls. Does the Deltana CH2015 come in that finish?
