1) Will the Color Keyed 60118-TB lug take #2 AWG aluminum cable?
The 60118-TB is sized for #2 AWG cable. It is a one-hole long barrel lug with a blind end, so the conductor bottoms out in the barrel and gets compressed in place. Because it is a color keyed compression lug, the barrel is matched to that one conductor size, not a range, so it should not be used on #1 or #4 cable.
2) What bolt or stud size does this cable lug bolt to?
The pad takes a 3/8 inch bolt or stud. One hole only, so it lands on a single 3/8 inch stud on a bus bar, breaker pad, or ground bar. If your pad is drilled two-hole on NEMA centers, this is the wrong lug.
3) Can I use an aluminum lug on a copper conductor?
No. The 60118-TB barrel is aluminum and color keyed for aluminum #2 AWG conductor. Put copper in it and you have the wrong barrel geometry plus a dissimilar-metal joint. For copper cable use a copper compression lug rated for the conductor size. The tin plating on this lug is there to protect the aluminum-to-pad connection, not to make it a copper connector.
