The Corbin Russwin EED5860B is a Grade 1 concealed vertical rod exit device from the ED5000 Series, engineered for demanding commercial applications on metal doors requiring reliable life-safety egress. Designed for a standard 36" (914mm) door width, the bar is easily field cut to size and also available in 24" (610mm) and 48" (1219mm) options to accommodate door widths from 24" to 48" (610mm–1219mm). The device features a minimum 4-1/2" (114mm) wide stile requirement, standard 1-3/4" (44mm) door thickness with optional configurations for 2" (51mm) and 2-1/4" (57mm) doors, and is UL listed for 1-1/2 Hour Fire Rated applications. The ED5800 concealed vertical rod exit device has been witnessed and certified to 3.25 million successful cycles, more than six times the industry requirement, and is backed by a 5-year warranty.
