The Oatey 7203 is a 1-1/2 inch regular rubber slip joint washer, measuring 1-1/2 inch I.D. by 1-3/4 inch O.D. and 3/16 inch thick. The 1-1/2 inch inside diameter seats over 1-1/2 inch tubular drain pipe, which is the standard size for kitchen sink drains, tubular P-traps and tub waste lines.

The 7203 is the regular (flat) style, a straight-wall rubber ring 3/16 inch thick that compresses flat between the slip nut and a square-shouldered tubular joint.
