4) Are anti-jump discs the same thing as a floor guide, or do I need both?
Different jobs, and most installs want both. The discs work up at the track, stopping the door from lifting off the rail. A floor guide works at the bottom, keeping the door from swinging away from the wall as it rolls. Neither substitutes for the other. The BD0010 pair is the top-of-door half of that.
5) Do anti-jump discs come with a barn door kit or are they bought separately?
They're a separate accessory. If your rolling door kit didn't include them, or a set went missing on a rehang, the Delaney BD0010 pair is bought on its own to add that protection. Worth doing on high-traffic openings and anywhere a door gets slammed into the stop.
