Delaney Hardware 502801B – Frequently Asked Questions
1) Is the Delaney Cascade 300 paper holder meant for residential or commercial restrooms?
It is a residential-grade accessory. For a high-traffic public or commercial restroom, you want a commercial washroom accessory line instead, typically with a metal roller or a roller-less spindle design that stands up to heavy use and vandalism.
2) What finishes does the Delaney Cascade 300 Series paper holder come in?
Two finishes: US26 Polished Chrome and US15 Satin Nickel. Both carry the same white plastic roller, so the roller stays white regardless of which metal finish you pick. If you are matching other bath accessories or door hardware in the same room, US26 and US15 are standard finish codes, so a Cascade towel bar or robe hook in the same code will match.
3) Does the Cascade 300 paper holder come with the roller, or do I buy that separately?
The roller is included, and it is white plastic. That matters if you are replacing an older holder where the roller broke, the whole assembly ships as a unit. It also means the visible roller is white, not chrome or nickel, even on the US26 Polished Chrome version.
4) Will the Delaney Cascade 300 paper holder match Cascade 300 lever sets and other Cascade trim?
It is part of the same Cascade 300 Series, so it is the bath accessory that carries that series styling and it is offered in the same US26 and US15 finish codes commonly used on Delaney door hardware. For a builder or property manager standardizing a unit, ordering the holder in the same US code as the levers keeps the finish consistent.
5) Is the Cascade 300 a fixed-bar holder or a two-post roller type?
It is a roller-style paper holder, using a white plastic roller carried between the posts rather than a fixed pivoting arm. Single-post pivot arms let you change a roll without removing anything; a roller type like this one needs the roller compressed and lifted out, which is the more common look in residential baths.
