Delaney Hardware 580008 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) Will the Delaney Yosemite 400 Series paper holder match my Yosemite door levers and bath hardware?
It does, within the finishes offered. The paper holder is part of Delaney's Yosemite 400 Series, so it shares series styling with the rest of the Yosemite line, and it comes in US26 Polished Chrome, US15 Satin Nickel, and US12P Tuscany Bronze. Order the same finish code you used on the levers and the tone will carry through. If your Yosemite hardware is in a finish outside those three, the holder will not match it.
2) Is the Delaney Yosemite paper holder suitable for a commercial restroom or is it residential grade?
Residential. Delaney rates the Yosemite 400 Series for residential use, so it suits apartments, single-family rentals, and hospitality guest baths rather than a high-traffic public restroom. For a school, office, or other public washroom, spec a commercial-grade toilet tissue dispenser instead. A property manager standardizing across an apartment portfolio is the right buyer for this one.
3) Does the Delaney Yosemite paper holder have a metal roller or a plastic one?
The roller is metallic-finish plastic, not solid metal. That is the usual arrangement on a residential holder, and it keeps the roller from galling or squeaking on the posts. The mounting posts and bracket carry the US26, US15, or US12P finish; the roller is finished to coordinate with them.
4) Is this a pivoting tissue holder or an open-post design?
The Yosemite 400 Series holder is a roller-style paper holder: two mounted posts carrying a spring roller that the tissue core slides onto. Changing a roll means popping the roller out and back in, not sliding a roll onto an open hook. If you want a roll that drops on from the front without removing anything, an open-post or pivot-arm holder is the different design to look for.
5) How many finish options do I have to pick from when ordering the Delaney Yosemite paper holder?
One choice to make: finish. Three options, US26 Polished Chrome, US15 Satin Nickel, or US12P Tuscany Bronze. There is no size, projection, or handing option on this holder, so the finish code is the whole order decision. Buying for several units at once, order all one code so the bathrooms stay consistent.
