1) Will the Delta Breez FRS200 supply fan work for a whole-house fresh air intake, or is it just a bath fan?
The FRS200 is a fresh air supply fan, not an exhaust bath fan. It pulls outside air in and can be set up three ways: supply, balanced, or filtration. Rated 30 to 200 CFM, so it covers anything from a single trickle-rate dwelling-unit intake up to a whole small home. If what you need is to pull moisture out of a bathroom, this is the wrong device type, you want an exhaust fan instead.
2) How much space do I need to mount a Delta BreezFresh FRS200, and where can it go?
The FRS200 housing is 10 inches by 10 inches, and it mounts five ways: ceiling hung, under ceiling, wall mounted, attic mounted, or flush to ceiling. That gives you an out if the joist bay is tight, hang it in the attic or strap it to a wall instead of trying to flush it into a finished ceiling. A mounting bracket comes with it.

Yes. The ECM motor in the FRS200 is engineered for a minimum 70,000 hours of continuous run time, and it has a soft start built in to extend bearing life. 4) Does the FRS200 filter the incoming outside air, or do I need to order the filter separately?
Filtration on the FRS200 comes from an optional MERV13 filter, ordered separately. With it fitted and the fan running in supply mode, it takes pollutants out of the incoming air. Without the filter you are still getting the supply and balanced ventilation functions, just unfiltered outside air. If the job spec calls for filtered makeup air, budget for the filter as a second line item.
5) What is the static pressure rating on the FRS200, and will it hold CFM through a long duct run?
The FRS200 is rated at 0.2 inches of static pressure. That is the condition its CFM range is stated against, so size your duct and keep elbows down if you are running a long intake path from an exterior hood. At 200 CFM on the top of the range you are asking the most of the fan, and a restrictive run will cost you flow before anything else does.
