1) Is the Delta Breez RAD80 grille assembly just the cover, or does it include the fan and heater?
It's the grille assembly only, the front cover that mounts to an already installed BreezRadiance RAD80 fan/heater. The blower, motor and 1300W heating element stay in the housing in the ceiling. If you're replacing a cracked, painted over or missing cover, this is the right part. If you need the complete unit, order the RAD80 fan and heater itself.
2) What size opening does the Delta Breez RAD80 grille cover?
The grille measures 16-13/16 x 10-11/16 inches overall, so it covers a rectangular ceiling opening within that footprint. Measure your existing cover face to face before ordering: BreezRadiance fan/heater grilles are sized to their own housing and a bath fan grille off a different model won't sit flat or clip in.
3) Will this grille fit any Delta Breez bath fan, or only the RAD80?

The grille is the serviceable face of the unit, so a cover swap is done from below with the housing left in place. Kill power at the breaker first. The RAD80 runs on its own dedicated 15 amp circuit, so the switch at the wall is not the only thing feeding it. Delta publishes the RAD80 installation manual if you want the exact sequence.
