1) Is the Don-Jo 7017 heavy duty enough for a high traffic entrance, or should I look at something else?

2) What should I use if 10 inch center-to-center is too long for my door stile?
Several cast pull plates use shorter grip spacing than the 10 inch CTC of the Don-Jo 7017. The Trimco 1010 Series cast pull plate has a 5 inch CTC, the Trimco 1012 cast tapered pull plate and the Trimco 1013 round pull plate both use a 5.5 inch CTC pull, and the Trimco 1014 Series half-round pull plate uses a 6 inch CTC pull.
