Mustee 4260M – Frequently Asked Questions
1) Is the Mustee 4260M a shower pan or a full shower enclosure?
It is the floor only. The 4260M Durabase is a shower base, so walls, surround panels, door or curtain rod, and the drain trim are separate items you need to order to finish the shower.
2) What is the model number for the 42x60 white Mustee Durabase shower floor?
It is Mustee model 4260M, ordered by that part number. The 4260M is the white 42 by 60 inch Durabase shower floor.
3) Where can I find the installation dimensions and rough-in details for the Mustee 4260M?
Mustee publishes a spec sheet for the 4260M that carries the layout and rough-in detail for the 42 x 60 base. Pull that before framing, since the drain location and curb detail decide where the trap gets set.
4) What color does the Mustee 4260M shower base come in?
White, and that is the only color the 4260M is built in. For a multi-unit or hotel job where every bath is being standardized, the white finish matches across the run.
