1) Which enclosure size does the B-Line AW3024SP back panel fit?
The AW3024SP back panel is sized for B-Line 30 inch by 24 inch enclosures. The panel itself measures 27 in by 21 in, which is the usual inset inside a 30 x 24 box so the panel clears the corners and mounting studs. If your enclosure is a different nominal size, this panel won't land on the studs.
2) Is the AW3024SP panel steel or stainless, and will it corrode in a washdown area?
It's a stainless steel back panel with a white powder coated finish, made as a NEMA 4X accessory. NEMA 4X is the corrosion-resistant, hose-down rating, so the panel material is matched to wet and washdown environments like food processing, car washes, and coastal outdoor gear. The powder coat also gives you a light background for tracing wire inside the box.
3) Does the AW3024SP come with the enclosure, or do I order the back panel separately?
This is the back panel only, an accessory item. The enclosure, and any DIN rail, terminal blocks, or standoffs you plan to mount, are separate line items. Budget for the enclosure plus the panel when you're pricing out a fiberglass 4X job.

7) Is a stainless back panel worth it over a painted steel one in a wet plant?
In a washdown, chemical, or coastal location, stainless is the one to spec. Powder coated carbon steel panels rust at every drilled and tapped hole once moisture gets inside the box, and those holes are exactly where a coating gets broken. The AW3024SP is stainless under its white powder coat, so the tapped holes stay clean. In a dry indoor control room, a painted steel panel is usually sufficient.
